The more one reads about Josiah Wedgwood, English master potter of the Industrial revolution, the more interesting he becomes. His self promotion, inventiveness, support for British transportation improvement, membership in the Lunar Society, and anti labor efforts would make for a wonderful cross between "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory" and "Matewan."
