Mr. Giles Allison of the wonderful blog Tarleton's Quarter is reviewing the troops. Or rather, the Continental and Patriot militia half of his extraordinary, personally researched and hand painted collection of 25/28mm figures representing the American War of Independence, as they call it across the pond.
I have a deep, irrational interest in following suit. Never mind the mountain of lead in the basement from my old D&D days, much of it still unpainted. Visions of Hessians dance in my head.
If this guy doesn't have carpal tunnel syndrome, then medical research could probably benefit from examining his hands when he dies (if not before).
