My grandmother, Athalia Ogden Barker, has just died in her sleep. She was almost 97 years old. My mother was with her, and earlier this afternoon there was a rainbow.
I am too full for words, but they will come.
My children will have lifelong memories of their Great Gran, who they had a chance to be with just last week. My love to any of the family who are reading these words.
Thank you, one and all, for your kinds words and friendship.

Very sorry to hear. She was a grand person, always gracious and generous when I visited. I know how much she means to you and how important that place is to you--it's magical, and she was a big part of the magic.
Love to you and the family.

Take comfort in the fact that she had a long, good life and had provided her family and friends with love and wonderful memories; such a life should be celebrated.
My prayers and best wishes are extended to you and your family.
