Some anniversaries are forgotten at your peril - my good lady wife and I have been married for 13 since the 23rd of September. Others pass by unheralded. So it was with my 3rd blogiversary, which happened earlier this week on September 30th. It took a kindly mention at Kinexxions to remind me that I have been at this now for longer than Sarah Palin's been Governor, or Barak Obama has been a Senator. Not that that qualifies me for national office, but it does mean that I've managed nearly 900 posts and elicited 1701 comments along the way. For your willingness to stick with me as I shift focus from weeds to wit to world history, I am most grateful. I see no reason not to make it a half dozen at least.
Now pass the thunderbrew! Blogging is thirsty work!

Grogging and Blogging - what a great combination! Happy 3rd Blogday to you!

Congratulations. The blogosphere is a richer place for your weedy, witty, world-historical cogitations. :-)
