What Did one Billionaire Say to the Other? "There Goes The Neighborhood."

27,000 square feet, 7 acres, 26 bathrooms. Just your typical single family residence for your average billionaire, but apparently not in Greenwich on Connecticut's Gold Coast. The new rich are not like us, not at all, dahling.

Ah, but he's done it before. Ask the Israelies.
