My Barker ancestors had better rides than I do. Thanks to my 2nd cousin Karen who provided this image, I know the make and approximate model year of these sweet wheels. Do you?

You and Tuck are close enough to see your reflections in the chrome, Sissy... The caption on the reverse of the photo says it was taken in January, 1932 on a trip to Florida and the vehicle is a Cadillac LaSalle. That's my great grandmother Alice May (Martin) Barker at the wheel. It is unkind of me, but whenever I look at this picture I keep hearing Almira Gulch's theme from the Wizard of Oz...
