Same Janet, though unless I am mistaken not Danish. Her people were Quakers from Silver Spring, and her husband is Jewish. Her kitchen in the Northern Liberties is festooned with the greatest assortment of cast iron, and my query about her Aebleskiver pan was all it took to produce a pile of them for breakfast when I was overnighting with her family in Philly a couple of years back.


Is that the same Janet that I knew? If so, Janet was Danish?
