Even the letters at the top of the image are backward. One might think that if the map didn't raise any alarms, the reversed letters would be a clue.

This map would be fine so long as we were standing inside the wall looking out at the map from the other side.

How did they manage to miss that error? lol!
All about perspective. We're so used to looking at the world with North America front and center that many of us would be confused by an alternate view, don't you think?
